Cabuyao Day -- Since the town of Cabuyao was founded by Miguel Lopez de Legaspi on January 16, 1571, the City Government of Cabuyao celebrates "Cabuyao Day" every 16th day of January. Over the years the city's festivities have varied, but have recently adopted a more consistent format to promote tourism. It is the final day of a week-long celebration called the Batingaw Festival (in commemoration of the legendary Kampanang Ginto or Golden Bell) starting with a Parade of Floats from each barangay, in which the decorations of each float feature and showcase their respective culture and livelihood. This is followed by a Street Dancing Competition at the City Proper, where all College and High School students compete for recognition and prizes. The event also includes different amateur talent programs like Orchestral, Band and Celebrity shows at the City Plaza. The highlight of the entire celebration is the "Lakan at Mutya ng Cabuyao", a pageant showcasing the finest young men and women of Cabuyao.

Sto. Niño de Cabuyao Festival -- The City of Cabuyao and its people celebrate the feast of the Child Jesus or Sto. Niño in the Philippines every third (3rd) Sunday of January. It starts with a Mass at the Cabuyao Church followed by a festival which Cabuyeños call as "Sto. Niño de Cabuyao Festival", where images (statuettes, etc.) are paraded around the City Proper.

Town Fiesta -- The Town Fiesta of Cabuyao is every 23rd day of February in honor of the town's Patron Saint, Saint Polycarp.
